• Ethiopia Sidama Ayla Bombe: Roasted light. Known for its vibrant and complex flavor profile, a signature of the high-altitude, washed-process coffees from the Sidama region.
• Ethiopia Yirgacheffe Idido: Roasted light. Grown in the high-elevation Idido community renowned for creating an exceptionally fruit-forward, berry-like, full-bodied cup.

The Roasting Process

Survey the spectrum of roast levels. The specialty coffees were roasted locally at Service Station FLX, using a 6kg Mill City drum roaster, utilizing a multi-stage process to transform green beans into the aromatic product you drink. We control variables like fuel, airflow, and drum speed, to achieve specific flavor profiles, from light to dark and bold.

Processing Methods & Flavor Profiles
